Since being banded, I now have to pee before I eat. I don't want to sit down to a meal and not be able to enjoy it 100%. I think it has to do with being mindful when I eat, a skill that I think helps with band success. I am aware of each bite and aware of how my body feels as I eat, more than I ever have been.
I'm still in the 170's.
Oh, and rain is getting into my daughter's bedroom through our messed up roof. I am trying to borrow an extension ladder so I can get it covered up.

"still in the 170's"...I'm so jealous! Good for you!
I never thought that banding would do that. That's super interesting. I like that it keeps you mindful. That's a pretty neat feat.
P.S. I'm still here in Blogland! I went private, but, if you'd still like to follow, I'll need your email addy to send you an invite. I thought I did it right this a.m., but...apparently not. :(

I hope your roof issues get resolved and I hope it stops raining in Oregon...that must be so tough...Hope things get better soon.
I wish i was in the 170's! I hope you can get the roof covered before too much damage is caused.
Sucks about the rain...hopefully you can get the roof patched up.
Stillll in the 170's. How terrible. ;)
I'm sorry about your roof, still. That's horrible that it's getting into the DD's room. Rain rain go away!
I wish we were closer, my Hubby would fix your roof for you! Please be careful if you get on the roof, especially if it's wet. I can tell you that those blue roof tarps are strong, there were houses here after the hurricanes that had them on for more than a year! Hang in there!
Sorry about the damn roof. BE CAREFUL.
Honey, I am so with you. I'm stuck at 170/169. We are twins...:)
Sorry to hear about your roof. That was the strangest storm!
Wish we were closer too, I'd send my teenage boy your way!
