Dang! I want to EAT!
I am not hungry, but all I can think about is food today. I've been looking at the clock and calculating how long until my next meal. Sigh!
It is absolutley crazy but I have been like that today and no other day since my last weigh in. So it sucks that Im like this cause i need to weigh in in the morning. I am seriously trying to figure out what i can eat right now that wont make my scale worse in the morning.
I so understand. I'm waiting on that moment/day when I will experience what folk talk about when they no longer think about food. I am always planning my next meal. Partly because if I don't I will eat something I have no business eating.
Amen to that Amanda....I've been like that today also...maybe something is in the air.
