I have been feeling the same w...Interesting topic. I have been feeling the same way. I have lost about 2.5 lbs in the past 7 weeks. My average since being banded is around nearly 2 per week. I know unfortunately that mine is related to poor food choices and serious slow down of exercise. Can you fit a bit more activity in your day? I know you ride to work two days a week and walk the dog every day, but can you make time to do a family walk with the girls or play outside with them for a bit? Something that isn't structured exercise but just get your heart rate up again doing something different a few times a week.
